– Final Chemical Analysis – Identification Bath marking for Traceability – Ultrasonic Testing for non-metalic inclusion / Volds – Confirms to Quality Plan – Not Confirming to quality plan – Traceability Rearranging
Step 4: Stretching, Cutting & Final Inspection
– Dimension, Flatness, Angularity, Surface – Confirms to quality plan – Not Confirms to quality Plan – Rejected & Send for Remelting
Step 5: Aging For Hardening
– U.T.S. (Universeal Tensile Strength), Elongation, Conductivity, Webster Test (Both Ends), Brinell Hardness etc. – Confirms to quality plan – Not Confirms to quality plan – Rejected & Send for Remelting
Step 6: Packing & Dispatch
– Each profile is packed with care – Loaded & Dispatched
